Exchange and Return Policy

In order for Java Oud to ensure customer satisfaction, all products are returnable and exchangeable within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Don't worry, we will bear the return shipping costs for you. The return fees are free.
2. Keep the product in good, intact and undamaged condition.
3. The customer is given a 2% free trial for sticks not exceeding 5 grams .
4. When using more than the free trial, the full amount will be deducted with the trial .
5. Returns are not allowed if usage exceeds 10% of the weight of the stick.
6. The condition for returning the fat is that it should be tested with a few drops on a cloth and not on the skin, and that the fat should not be emptied into quarter bottles if it was purchased in bulk in one package.
