- لاتقلق نتحمل عنك رسوم شحن الاسترجاع فرسوم الاسترجاع مجاناً.
- إبقاء المنتج بحالة جيدة وسليمة وغير متضررة.
- يمنح العميل تجربة مجانية 2% للأعواد على ألا تتجاوز 5 جرامات.
- عند استخدام أكثر من التجربة المجانية يتم خصم كامل النقص مع التجربة.
- لا يسمح بالاسترجاع إذا تجاوز الاستخدام 10% من وزن العود.
- يشترط في استرجاع الدهن أن تكون تجربته بنقط يسيرة على قماش وليس على الجلد، و أن لا يتم تفريغ الدهن في قوارير الأرباع في حال تم شرائه بالجملة في عبوة واحدة
